Bob spent 14 years in Radio Marketing in Fort Wayne, Indiana before joining Regent Broadcasting of Peoria as the Director of Sales in 2004. Bob attended Purdue University and completed numerous sales training programs including the Radio Advertising Bureau's CMRC certification, Dale Carnegie and management training and The Center for Sales Strategy (CSS). For the second year in a row, Bob was named a top 10 finalist for Radio Inc. Magazine's "Radio Wayne" Director of Sales of the Year award.

Brad started with Regent Communications five years ago as an Account Executive in Bloomington, Illinois before joining us as Local Sales Manager.  After graduating Illinois State University, and being Assistant Sales Director for the student radio station, Brad went right into advertising as an account executive.  Being in the advertising business for over eleven years, with experience in radio and newspaper, Brad takes great pride in working with businesses to help them grow.  Brad is native to the Peoria area and is happy to be back!

Dawn is a Senior Account Representive for Regent Broadcasting and has sold radio advertising for 8 1/2 years, since graduating from Illinois State University. Dawn has been nominated three times for Radio Ink Magazine’s RADIO WAYNE awards. For the second year in a row, Dawn is a finalist the “Radio Wayne Streetfighter of the Year” Award, an award with only 10 finalists nationwide. She as also won the title of Sales Rep of the month numerous times. Dawn says the best part of her life is the new addition to her family, her daughter.

Brett is 30 years old has been in Sales and Customer Service Relations for 7 years. Brett is passionate about music and has been playing drums for 21 years. Brett has a close tie with Regent Broadcasting of Peoria as the drummer for the WIXO's original house band Justify The Means. In his spare time, Brett teaches drums.
